These classes are provided to anybody who is willing to learn or improve their English skills. Men’s and women’s classes are delivered through the week. Help is given with reading, writing, and speaking, no matter what level you are currently at.
This drop in session is open to the public, giving support to people for employability skills. Here you can create or improve a CV, Covering Letters, creating accounts and using job sites, interview techniques, and whatever else that could improve your chances of employment.
These classes are delivered to help improve fitness, develop healthy lifestyles and educate people on benefits of exercise. These classes are conducted by a fitness instructor.
This is a free weekly, healthy cooking class. Experienced chefs will be cooking and sharing recipes. Learn how to cook healthy meals.
Weekly allotment sessions that will allow people to grow vegetables together. Equipment will be provided, clients will be accompanied by an experienced individual.
The aim of these ICT classes is to help people with little or no knowledge of using a computer. This can range from basic typing skills to getting onto the internet, to using software such as the Microsoft Office programmes. One to one support can be provided.
